The most important meal of the day, and here at Le Mas des Abeilles we like to offer you a hearty breakfast. In the heat of July and August, breakfast is buffet style, and offers a large selection of fresh local and home-made produce, so you can choose as little or as much as you fancy. The rest of the year we serve an English style cooked breakfast which changes each day, so it may be Poached eggs served on toasted English muffins, with grilled tomato and crispy bacon. Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and home-made waffles. Eggs Benedict or perhaps a more traditional English fried breakfast. We use fresh free range eggs from our own chickens and often the bread is home-made straight from the oven.

Weather permitting, we will lay your table in the garden so you can enjoy the sunshine and stunning views.

Some mornings you may wish to sleep a little longer, or prefer to enjoy breakfast in the privacy of your room, or perhaps you have to leave early?. If you let us know the evening before, we will happily prepare a breakfast tray and bring it to your room at a time of your choosing.
